The SMC sheet material is placed on the mold and heated and pressurized by a press, then cooled and formed

2.Structure of our SMC door

Door Assembly
Wooden frame (skeleton) +SMC door skin (2mm) +PU foam (density 38-40kg/m3) +PVC edge (sealed waterproof). The total thickness of the door is 45mm (actually 44.5mm, 1 3 / 4 ”)

3.FRP door color
Generally, the finished door is painted after it is finished. It can be divided into spray paint and hand dried paint(Staining). Hand painted paint is more expensive, but the color is more three-dimensional and the lines are more lifelike
